Just woke up. I feel real crappy. Super groggy, and my eyes don't wanna open. I think the biggest mistake I made was sleeping for four hours instead of three, or four and a half. Assuming my sleeping patterns are the same as the usual, it should be evenly divisible by 90 minutes. Man, I kinda want one of these.

Laid down about 10:20 for about 10 minutes, 'till I got a phone call. Obviously didn't get to sleep, but I think it helped a bit anyway. Can't decide if I'm gonna come back here after lunch and get another nap before heading into work. Starting to feel the sleep deprivation a little in my eyes, though this is the first time I've worn my contacts in a while, so I'm sure that's contributing to it.
Last night was awesome. Since I laid down at 23:30, I wasn't sleepy as I usually am at 2am, so Ty and I had some awesome conversation. If this schedule results in that being a regular thing, it'd be worth it just for that.

16:30 -- Just had my best nap so far. I was gettin' pretty out of it, pulled my car to the side of the parking lot, turned on grelly's polynap mp3 v8, pulled something over my eyes, and rolled down my windows and opened a door to combat the heat. Laid there for about 5, and before I knew it, I was waking up to the wake-up water splashing. (Grelly's first method of waking you up). I feel 10x better after that nap.

8:30 -- Stopped by home real quick to grab one before heading out to a party. Didn't really sleep this time either.
--
24:30 -- My first publicly known nap -- I left a party for 30 min to walk out to my car and nap. Still didn't really get to sleep, though I'm getting much closer to it. I can easily feel myself falling asleep, and I did that prolly twice a minute on this nap.
In order for me to fall asleep, I have to make up these really weird visuals -- a snake playing DDR that got super famous, then the media wanted to take pictures of him, so they put lights on him and took a long exposure. Stuff like that that's completely unrelated. The difficulty I'm having with it right now is that I'm paying a little bit too much attention, so the quietening of the sounds around me is very obvious, and I end up snapping back awake. Once I figure out how not to do that, I think I'll be able to get to sleep regularly in under 5 minutes.
